Megan Northway

Megan joined Thompson Valley Preschool as Business Director in June 2026. She holds a degree in psychology and spent 12 years working with CASA programs throughout Northern Colorado. She also has previous experience as a preschool teacher and loves working with children, families, and nonprofits. At TVP, Megan works behind the scenes to support families and teachers and keep the school running smoothly each day.
